Meet Your Therapist
Lincoln is a University of South Florida graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He spent nearly six years at Gracepoint, a Tampa Bay nonprofit, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician, then a Care Manager, and became a Mental Health Therapist on their Mobile Response Team conducting psychiatric assessments, before moving into a role as a Mental Health Therapist across traditional schools and Success Centers in Hillsborough County, K-12, directly treating and supporting students day to day. That work put him in close contact with families and young people navigating some of their hardest moments, shaping how he approaches therapy and how he speaks to audiences today. Outside the clinical work, he's spent years mentoring, tutoring, and showing up for the Tampa Bay community, work he considers just as core to who he is.

Lincoln's work doesn't stop at the therapy room door — it just changes tools.
Lincoln isn't just a therapist, and he isn't just a tattoo artist. He's both, and he sees them as the same kind of work.
For a lot of people, getting a tattoo isn't just about the design. It's how they mark surviving something hard, honor a person or a memory, or finally put a feeling into something permanent instead of carrying it around unspoken. Lincoln treats that moment the same way he treats a therapy session. Both are chances for someone to process what they've been holding onto and walk away with something real on the other side.
Booking & Cancellations
A $50 non-refundable deposit reserves your first session, and goes toward the cost of that session.
Need to reschedule? Just give at least 24 hours' notice and there's no fee. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't show, the full $80 session fee applies (or whatever your insurance allows) — deposits aren't refundable in either case.
Running late is okay, we'll still see you, but the session will end at its original time so it doesn't push into anyone else's appointment, and the full fee still applies either way.
Life happens — fees can be waived at Lincoln's discretion for real emergencies or unexpected circumstances.
