Meet our Founder

Born and raised in the small rural town of Avon Park, FL, Lincoln Esmie Jr. thrived off of his willpower to succeed despite the many adversities he faced growing up. His parents immigrated from Jamaica in pursuit of a better life for themselves and their future children. As a first-generation student, Lincoln graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2020. As of November 2023, he has obtained his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. In the Tampa community, Lincoln serves the community as a Therapist for Gracepoint, a non-profit organization for their Children's Outpatient. His goal is to start a private practice to provide adolescents and young adults with a safe space to express their struggles and teach them positive coping skills and forms of self-help. 
Mental Manifest was founded to show the youth that the issues they face aren't something that defines them, regardless of the severity. As an individual who has experienced hardship in many forms, Lincoln strives to express the many ways youth can cope with their problems. He uses his passion for art as an escape from the negativity he faces and chooses to combine that with counseling. Through mentorship, therapeutic support, and, life coaching his aspiration is to uplift each individual to be the best version of themselves.
